What's the difference between "Instore" & "Online Only" items?
Unlike online only costume stores, we have a physical store you can visit to grab last minute purchases, in-person advice & try before you buy.
We have a HUGE range instore across the most popular themes & are opening up our key supplier catalogues for you to shop directly from them through our site, with shipping direct to you. This site launched 11/10/21 - you will see the online only range grow over time. In the meantime, if you can't find it on our site it's highly likely we can source it for you, quickly & at a competitive price. Call or shoot us an email. If we can't help, we'll refer you to someone who can.
If your order contains both Instore & Online Only items, you may receive more than one delivery. But don't worry - we don't charge you any extra freight for this.
- Standard shipping: FREE for orders over $99, otherwise $9.95 flat-rate Australia wide
- Express shipping: $16.95
Note, all Online Only stock shipped directly from our suppliers ships Express. If your order includes both Instore & Online Only items, your order will ship Express.
How soon will my online order arrive?
Order by 11am & your order will generally despatch same day. Peak times such as Halloween week may delay by a day. Approximate delivery times by location vary as follows:
For Standard Shipping:
- Sydney Metro: 2-3 business days
- Regional NSW: 2-4 business days
- Metro (excl. Sydney): 2-6 business days
- Regional (excl. NSW): 2-8 business days
For Express Shipping:
We use Australia Post for instore items shipping Express, whilst our suppliers use a range of carriers. Check here to see if your postcode is serviced by Australia Post express.
Express parcels are prioritised for delivery & generally arrive within 1-3 business days. Delivery to Parcel Lockers and MyPost addresses may cause delays, especially if your item is large. We suggest using a business address where possible.
Order Tracking
You can track your order with the consignment details emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
As noted earlier, if your order includes both instore & online only items, it may be shipped to you in more than one delivery. But don't worry - there are no additional freight costs.
The Covid Caveat
Yep, as if that little microscopic terrorist hasn't disrupted our lives enough, it can cause delays in our postal system speeding the fun to you. Check out this Australia Post link for detailed updates on delivery times.
SAME DAY COURIER OPTION - Sydney only & Instore items only
We use local family owned business Flash Couriers to speed your order to you in their spaceshapes (OK, they may not wear their undies on the outside but they're still damn fast). Our site launched 11/10/21 - this functionality will shortly be integrated into our checkout cart. In the meantime, call us on 9906 6135 for a quote & to book. Book before 1.45pm with the following courier options:
- Standard - 3-4 Hours
- VIP - 1-2 Hours
- Express - a "drop everything & run" service - timing will depend on your location
Cost is based on postcode - the further from 2065, the higher. At time of writing, cost to the CBD is less than $15. So they're a fab option for a wardrobe emergency.

We’re happy to offer a “no questions asked” return refund for sales items notified & returned to us within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of the following:
- hats (easily wearable with a tag on)
- masks (most are on display instore with no tags)
- any unpackaged products where prior use is unable to be disproved
Refund is conditional on items being returned in their original, undamaged packaging, having not been used or altered in any way & with purchase receipt.
Returns process:
- For your protection, we recommend returns be forwarded via a traceable postage method such as Registered Post, as we cannot exchange or credit items that never arrive back to us.
- Include a copy of your receipt & forward returns to:

Absolutely - select "Click & Collect" as the shipping option on Instore items & we'll grab them faster than a speeding bullet & put them aside for you to collect during our normal opening hours. Don't have your card handy & want us to hold it for you until next Friday with no payment? Sorry - it's literally first in, best dressed. Our physical store is a shopfront, not a warehouse & we need to make sure product is available for paid orders received. It's fair.
