Well, Split Enz lied. History is repeating. Sydney & surrounds are in lockdown for a full 2 weeks (as at time of writing), with other states & territories following suit.

You may be stuck at home with kids for the duration of the school "hell"-idays facing the prospect of having to wipe your own backsides with eucalyptus leaves thanks to an idiot group of apocalpytic incontinents.

You may be staring down the barrel of thousands of dollars worth of lost income (I hear you...); or be thinking this is just a giant conspiracy to depopulate the planet by an agenda-ed elite & that vaccines are both being offered & withheld simultaneously to control us all (I don't by the way - not that it matters). You may be furiously chucking sticks at a pack of giant, halitosis-ridden salivating black dogs to keep them from getting too close to your door.

You can't put on a silly hat or crazy costume & make it all ok. It's effing not ok. BUT the mental state we put ourselves in as we pound determined, Cody Simpson-esque butterfly strokes through this giant shit-show is the ONLY thing we CAN control! Whether it feels like a round-a-bout or a rollercoaster, the only option is to hang on in.
