What is your Returns Policy?
For Costumes, Accessories & Party supplies purchased in-person from our Crows Nest, Sydney store, we're happy to offer a "no questions asked" credit. You can return unused goods for any reason, including party cancellation or "I just wasn't feeling it when I got home". Please see exemptions & return conditions below.
Items shipped directly from our supplier warehouses are not eligible for refund unless damaged upon arrival.
Return Exemptions
The following items are excluded from refund:
- any undamaged product shipped directly from a supplier warehouse (not our Crows Nest store)
- hats (easily wearable with a tag on)
- masks (most are on display instore with no tags)
- any unpackaged products where prior use is unable to be disproved
- personal use products eg. eyelashes, make-up
Return Conditions
Items for refund must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Refund is conditional on items being returned in their original, undamaged packaging, having not been used or altered in any way & with receipt as proof of purchase. Items in the above list of exemptions are not eligible for refund.
Returns process
- For your protection, we recommend returns be forwarded via a traceable postage method such as Registered Post, as we cannot refund items not receipted back..
- Include a copy of your receipt & forward returns to:
