We’re happy to offer a "no questions asked" store credit on change-of-mind returns for items purchased from our Crows Nest, Sydney store (excludes Costume Hire).
This excludes any purchase products shipped directly from our supplier warehouses. To be eligible for store credit, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of purchase
- In their original, undamaged packaging, having not been used, worn or altered in any way
- Accompanied by an order number or itemised receipt
The following items are excluded from change-of-mind return:
- Products shipped directly from a supplier warehouse (not our Crows Nest store)
- Items sold without sealed packaging where prior use cannot reasonably be verified, including hats, masks & weapons
- Personal-use products where packaging has been opened, including wigs, eyelashes, contact lenses, beards, moustaches, hosiery, make-up & teeth
- Inflatable products where packaging has been opened
- Sale items

If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we're happy
to fix it up for you as quickly as possible. Please email

This Day of the Dead Deluxe Senorita Adult Costume in pink tones is simply stunning! We can't believe our supplier is discontinuing it - but are happy to pass on the savings to you!
The detailing in this costume is incredible! Be dramatically pretty in pink for Halloween or Day of the Dead celebrations.
Includes:
- Headband - black headband is included with pastel pink roses attached to the sides and black zip ties attached along the top to create a spiked look
- Dress - how to describe this one! So much detail! Pink organza, black tulle ruffles, purple glitter skeleton bone print, glitter heart on centre of bodice, layered floor length ruffle skirt - all put together with a zip-up back, stretch panelling & elastic waistband for comfort & ease of wear. Simply stunning!
Excludes face paint, face jewels & shoes.
- The lower half of the dress bodice front features pink organza, white lace and black net embellishments along the bust line and down the side fronts.
- A large embroidered pink sequin heart is attached to the centre of the chest with pleated gold trim around the edges.
- In the centre of the bodice there is a black fabric panel with purple glitter skeleton bone print.
- Back of the bodice is plain black stretch fabric with an elasticated waistband to accommodate for size and to create a more fitted look.
- Day of the Dead dress has a full length pink satin polyester bouffant style skirt with tiers of black lace and tulle to decorate.
- Dress has a black full length polyester underskirt layered with stiff black tulle to give the skirt additional shape.
