How Soon Should I Order?
We do accept walk-ins during opening hours however be mindful it can get pretty busy sometimes, especially on Saturdays. If you have a larger job requiring delivery, it's helpful to contact us at least a week beforehand, preferably two, so we can ensure stock availability & delivery slots.
Do You Deliver?
Yep - across Sydney. We bought a van, Stan! Min. order for delivery is $75. Our standard delivery windows are:
- Weekdays before 11am or after 7pm (after 8 Thurs / after 6 Fri)
- Saturdays before 10am / after 4pm
- Sundays - any time, with a $75 surcharge & min. order (excl. delivery) of $250
If you have a special requirement, talk to us. We'll do our best to put a smile on your dial.
Please note, if you order online after hours, we will not catch it in time to deliver the following morning. Our owner (& van driver) is attempting to have a life & not be on call 24/7.
Delivery charge varies by suburb, with a min. of $25. Further detail will be uploaded here shortly however in the interim please confirm delivery cost with us at time of booking.

How Long Will My Balloons Float?
Foil balloons generally remain taut & fully inflated for 5 - 7 days, bubbles for 2-4 weeks & we apply a special coating inside latex balloons in bouquets which extends their float time to approx. 2-3 days (from the standard 18 - 24 hours), so collecting a day before your event is no problem.
Will My Balloons Fit in My Car?
Most people can fit at least 50-60 x standard 28cm balloons in an empty vehicle. We pack all balloons into transport bags for you. Try & clear out space & bring as few passengers as possible with you for pick-up (preferably none)...

Classic bouquets are hugely popular for the high impact they deliver for a comparatively low pricepoint. They can be strung to stand on a table, or longer to stand on the floor.
Ask us about adding a balloon footer & mini 41cm foil number in place of the foil weight to level up this look even further.
Includes:
- It's a Girl Elephants foils x 2 - 46cm ea - also available in It's a Boy blue
- Baby girl pink print latex x 3 - 28cm ea - also available in blue
- Colours & prints can be customised.
- Helium filled on co-ordinated ribbon & foil weight
Float time:
- Foils approx. 5-7 days. Latex approx. 2 days. All latex treated with float extender for maximum float time.
PLEASE NOTE: we call to confirm all online balloon orders. If same day or if there are supplier out of stocks, your desired design may not be available. If we can't find a suitable alternative together you will receive a full refund.

Instore + Online
These products are stocked in our Crows Nest, Sydney store & can also be shipped Australia-wide. Need it for the weekend? Click & Collect, Same Day (Sydney) Courier, or order Express by 10am Wednesday.
If Warehouse Stock is displayed, you can order more than we currently have instore. Your order will then ship direct from our supplier warehouse.
Online Only
This product is shipped direct from one of our supplier warehouses & is NOT stocked in our Crows Nest (Sydney) store. Need it for the weekend? We recommend ordering Express by 10am Wednesday. Instore purchase, Click & Collect & Same Day (Sydney) Courier are NOT available.
